Refund Policy

Refunds,Returns, Cancel on orders.

On behalf of any mistakes on our end, we are willing to process a refund if you receive the wrong size, color, or product, we will refund you the full amount.

If the mistake happen to be on your end, please contact our customer service @prettyminds.apparel@gmail.com. 

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. After 7 days are up, unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

*Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted* PLEASE DO NOT SEND RETURNS UNLESS DIRECTED BY CUSTOMER SERVICE TO DO SO.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
To exchange your product, please mail your package to: 1538 Tallahassee Boulevard, #550, Intercession City FL 33848, United States

Be sure to include the full name that your order was originally placed under.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

We are not responsible for packages after they have been shipped. Any shipping errors must be corrected directly with the shipping company.
